Instituto CPFL recebe selo “Empresa Amiga da Primeira Infância”

Prêmio reconhece e valoriza o papel das empresas que investem na primeira infância, período que compreende a faixa etária de zero a seis anos

Award recognizes and values the role of companies that invest in early childhood, a period that includes the age group from zero to six years

 

O Instituto CPFL recebeu, na última sexta-feira (14), o selo “Empresa Amiga da Primeira Infância”, por contribuir significativamente para fortalecer a cultura e o cuidado com a primeira infância, seja dentro de suas instalações ou em prol da cidade de Campinas (SP).

The CPFL Institute received, last Friday (14), the seal “Company Friend of Early Childhood”, for contributing significantly to strengthen the culture and care for early childhood, whether within its facilities or for the city of Campinas (SP).

 

O Instituto CPFL foi representado pela sua head, Daniela Ortolani Pagotto, que celebrou a importante conquista. “Para nós é muito satisfatório ter esse reconhecimento, já que temos trabalhado fortemente com essa faixa de zero a seis anos, através da frente CPFL Jovem Geração. São iniciativas que usam a música e o esporte como ferramentas de transformação social, além de outras atividades, como o Museu Catavento Itinerante, que estamos recebendo até o mês de julho”.

The CPFL Institute was represented by its head, Daniela Ortolani Pagotto, who celebrated the important achievement. “For us it is very satisfactory to have this recognition, since we have worked strongly with this range from zero to six years, through the front CPFL Young Generation. These are initiatives that use music and sport as tools for social transformation, as well as other activities, such as the Traveling Catavento Museum, which we are receiving until the month of July”.

 

O evento foi promovido pela Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Econômico, Tecnologia e Inovação, em parceria com o Plano Pela Primeira Infância Campineira (PIC).

The event was promoted by the Municipal Secretariat for Economic Development, Technology and Innovation, in partnership with the Plan for Early Childhood Campinas (PIC).

Para receber o selo, a instituição teve que assinar uma carta compromisso com o Programa de Erradicação do Trabalho Infantil (PETI), e ter reconhecimento pelo comitê de articuladores de que a empresa tem um olhar para primeira infância, seja internamente ou com a cidade de Campinas. Além disso, a instituição deve ter pelo menos um dos requisitos incentivados pelo PIC dentro das empresas.

To receive the seal, the institution had to sign a letter commitment to the Program for the Eradication of Child Labor (PETI), and have recognition by the articulators committee that the company has a look at early childhood, either internally or with the city of Campinas. In addition, the institution must have at least one of the requirements encouraged by the CIP within companies.

 

Alguns dos requisitos são relacionados a um olhar acolhedor com a gestante, fortalecimento da paternidade, licença-maternidade, auxílio-creche, plano de saúde familiar, incentivo a campanhas de adoção de crianças, entre outras iniciativas.

Some of the requirements are related to a welcoming look with the pregnant woman, strengthening of paternity, maternity leave, child care, family health plan, encouragement of child adoption campaigns, among other initiatives.
